The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ClickDefense service. By using the Service, you accept these terms.

Account: billing account for the Service.
Customer Data: data about visitor activity on your website collected through Google Ads or Tracking Code.
Fraudulent click: activity that generates extra charges through invalid ad clicks.
GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.
You must register with accurate information and maintain account and password security.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes. ClickDefense employees may access your account for technical support or maintenance.
A limited license is granted to use the Software and Reports on your website.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
You authorize ClickDefense to collect and process Customer Data, including IP-related data needed for click fraud detection.
ClickDefense may identify you as a customer in communications unless you indicate otherwise.
The Service is provided under a monthly subscription and billed in arrears.
The customer is responsible for keeping payment information up to date. Fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation must be requested by email at least 24 hours before renewal.
You agree to defend and indemnify ClickDefense against claims arising from your use of the Service, breach of terms, or legal violations.
If you use the Service on behalf of a third party, you represent that you are authorized and will comply with this agreement.
You must indemnify ClickDefense for claims arising from third-party use.
ClickDefense does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The Service may not detect every click fraud case, and report accuracy is not guaranteed in all situations.
ClickDefense is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, service interruptions, or undetected fraud.
Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer.
The Service, Software, Tracking Code, and all intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of ClickDefense.
You may not copy, sublicense, or modify the Service without authorization.
ClickDefense may modify the Service, pricing, or these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of such changes.
The Service is provided as is. You may not reproduce or modify it without permission.
Data may be transferred through networks, and ClickDefense may request technical adjustments on your website when needed.
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Avila, Spain.
If any clause is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
